Each of our subdivisions are staffed with true licensed Real Estate professionals, and as such, our sales teams expect the same level of professionalism from other members of the Real Estate Industry.

We do, and will, compensate the "procuring" broker, to the extent offered in each subdivision, as broadcast on the local Real Estate Multi-List ticket, for those properties listed for sale, or as published on each of the Vitale Building Group subdivision's Broker Registration Form.
After registering your client/customer, our sales team will work with you during the registration "protection" period to bring your client/customer to contract. At the time of contract (using the Vitale Building Group sales contract), Vitale Building Group will extend a "Commission Letter" to the "procuring" broker, payable at the time of closing. No further input is required, or expected, from the "procuring" broker.

During the days and weeks that follow, the Vitale Building Group sales team will work closely with your client to establish color selections in preparation for a "preconstruction" meeting to review the blue print and subcontractor work orders to ensure accuracy prior to distribution.
Home site access is limited during the construction process, and by appointment only. Our sales team will review our policy regarding site access prior to contract.
Our sales team will contact the "procuring" broker once a tentative completion date has been established to set the closing time and location. Vitale Building Group will make a closing package available three days prior to closing. Although the "procuring" broker attendance is not required, the sales commission check will be distributed at the time of the closing (the title company will forward via mail, if unable to attend).
